As a Junior Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the development and enhancement of our cutting-edge financial technology products. • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Russian and Azeri
• Ability to convey ideas clearly and concisely
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• Understanding the importance of teamwork and contribution to the overall product success

• Internship experience in a related field or any hands-on experience in product development
• Basic knowledge of the product development lifecycle and methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
• Demonstrated leadership potential or involvement in leadership activities during education
• Networking skills and a keen interest in staying updated on industry trends and best practices

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document product requirements
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of the product backlog
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand and prioritize feature requests
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews
• Help to prioritize and manage the product backlog based on business value
• Effectively communicate project requirements and priorities to development teams
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment with business goals
• Ensure the quality of deliverables
• Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of product features, requirements, and user stories.
• Contribute to the development of product-related documentation, such as user guides and feature descriptions
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in the Fintech space
• Provide insights and recommendations for product improvements based on market analysis
