- Turn data into clear answers for real business questions
- Build reports, deep-dive analyses, and actionable insights
- Develop forecasting approaches based on solid assumptions
- Participate in scoring model development
- Collaborate with risk and data teams during product launches and changes
- Act as a translator between business and data
Skills and requirements
- Strong SQL skills (must-have)
- Experience with Python and/or C#
- Understanding of statistics, probability & ML basics
- Analytical mindset with structured thinking
- Ability to communicate complex ideas simply
- Experience (or potential) to lead and mentor others
- Languages: English, Russian, Azerbaijani
